HOW TO ORDER

■ Inquiries
If you are considering ordering custom furniture, please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form or by phone.
The furniture featured on this website and on Instagram, etc., is mostly made to order according to customer requests, so please use it as a reference for designs and prices.
We also accept full custom orders for built-in furniture for new constructions and other projects. Please tell us your ideas, preferred materials, and desired atmosphere, even if it's just a rough sketch. Attaching rough sketches or magazine clippings of your desired image will help us provide proposals and estimates more smoothly.

■ Proposal and Quotation
After receiving your inquiry, if it's convenient for you, we'd like to visit your home for a preliminary inspection. During that visit, we'll discuss your needs and budget, and work together to find furniture that suits your lifestyle and preferences, so please feel free to tell us your requests.
After hearing your requirements, we will prepare drawings and an estimate. We will then hold further meetings as needed to present our proposal.

■ Order
If you are satisfied with our proposal and estimate, please place your formal order.

■ Production and Delivery Time
Each piece of furniture you order is handcrafted.
Regarding delivery dates, we will do our best to meet your requests, but please understand that there may be delays during periods when we have a large volume of orders.
Depending on the type of furniture, the production period is usually around 2 to 4 months.

■ Delivery and Installation
We will contact you once your furniture is complete, so please let us know your preferred delivery date.
Regarding delivery and installation, I will personally deliver the items whenever possible, but please understand that depending on the location and size, I may need to ask a delivery company to handle it.

■ Payment
Once your order is officially confirmed, we require a 50% down payment. The remaining balance can be paid upon delivery or transferred to the designated account within one week.
